Once you have the RMA number, please ship the item back to us. After we receive the item, it will generally take 3-5 business days ( including the turnaround time for us to send the item to the return department for inspection, diagnostics, and/or repair and returned to us) before issuing a replacement or refund. If we determine that the item is covered by the limited warranty, you will receive a replacement or refund.
